  • Have you pressed a glass to it? If it,disappears under the pressure it's fine. If not go to the doc. It doesn't look like it to me, but I am no expert! Call nhs to be sure!

  • Ring nhs direct! Looks scary but only a professional can help with your question.
  • Definately go to A & E if the rash doesn't fade when you press it. My lo had a similar rash 2 weeks ago on her legs and they did blood tests to rule meningitis out.
  • Glass test, phone 999 if it doesn't disappear under glass, nhs direct if it does Blanche.
  • You can't tell by looking. Does it go away when you press it? Is LO lethargic/ not feeding/ unusually quiet? Or does LO have a high pitched scream/ fever/ stiff/ seem to be sensitive when you hold him? You need to call the out of hours dr. They may tell you to go straight to a&e. NHS direct will tell you to go to hospital because they can't diagnose over the phone.

    Hope he's ok x
  • Cant add to what the others have said only echo it (((hugs))) and fingers crossed its nothing x x
