  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, yogurt, ghee, salt, sugar, and carom seeds.
  • STEP 2.Gradually add water and knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic.
  • STEP 3.Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • STEP 5.Divide the dough into small portions and roll them into thick discs.
  • STEP 6.Place the discs on a baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • STEP 7.Remove from the oven and brush with ghee.
  • STEP 8.Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or curry.
