As our items are made in and shipped from Turkey, we would like to remind you that our products are mostly fitted cut and non-stretchy in nature. With this in mind, we strongly urge you to ensure that you have selected the correct size for your order. This will help us to ensure that you receive a product that meets your expectations and fits you comfortably. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

To ensure that you receive the best possible fit for your clothing, we kindly request that you follow these measurement guidelines and compare your measurements to the sizing chart provided in the images of the item:

Full height: Please measure from the top of your head to the ground (not from the shoulder).

Chest: Please measure the circumference under your armpits, making sure to measure all the way around your chest from the largest part of your chest (not from one armpit to the other).

Belly (waist): Please measure the circumference across your belly button, again making sure to measure from the largest part of your belly.

Please note that it's important to measure accurately and not add any extra room while measuring, as this could be misleading and result in an ill-fitting garment. By following these guidelines and comparing your measurements to the sizing chart, we can ensure that you receive a product that fits you comfortably and accurately. If you want it customized, please send me her/him measurements WITH PHOTOS showing the measurements on her, to make sure that they are taken properly with a remark that you want it to be adjusted. I don't accept returns or exchanges for customized dresses, therefore please make sure that you send the measurements precisely as described.
Minor adjustments are free of charge but it may be subject to an extra charge if any of the measurements go beyond our standard sizes.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of the dresses - handmade to order for special occasions - I don't accept returns. However, if the standard size dress you bought does not fit, I may accept exchanges within the terms stated in my shipping policy. In such a case you will have to send it back to Turkey and all the shipment costs both ways plus the Turkish customs charges will be paid by yourselves. To avoid it, please make sure that the size you have selected is correct.
